rooftop suite great welcome

The staff offered a welcome at check-in. I received an upgrade to a rooftop junior suite (it had a nice view of Palais Royal).

The room was a bit small for the price.

Really good Stay in Central Location

kind staff excellent location wonderful balcony

The staff was kind and helpful, even upgrading me to a Junior Suite Balcony (a unexpected surprise). The location was excellent. I found many great places to eat on the same street. My room included a wonderful balcony, it was great for enjoying the city's sights and sounds.

convenient location coffee machine misinformation about breakfast breakfast inclusion

The location was very convenient. It was super close to bus and train stations. The room had all the comforts I needed, including a coffee machine. The staff was also friendly and very helpful.

The manager told me breakfast was included. I later discovered that breakfast was never included. I had to pay again. This misinformation about breakfast really detracted from the experience.
